Champions like Qiyana have been suffering since the durability update and while it was intended for assassins not to be able to one-shot opponents with a single Q, it seems like they aren't able to one-shot anyone even after using everything available in their kit. Yes, assassins and lethality builders haven't had the greatest of times. Lethality Mythics are going to be looked at by Riot for the next patch. Live servers are hotfixed with nerfs to Gwen, Master Yi Sivir. Looks like some of the planned changes were a bit too strong, and Riot had to release a hotfix a couple of hours after the patch.
